I love this leather case! My Kindle fits snugly inside it. It has a cool metal closure that keeps the case closed tightly around the Kindle. The pockets inside can be used like a wallet, with plenty of slots for your ID, credit cards, and cash! The best part about this case is that the case holds the kindle in place without snapping into the slots in the left side of the Kindle. (Using such cases can cause damage to your Kindle.) Each corner of your kindle is held tightly in place by a leather/elastic loop. This case is made with quality leather and seems well made…Plus, its PINK!! I couldn’t be happier!!

While the leather case for the Kindle was both attractive and sturdy, I had concerns regarding the interior compartments. I see two major problems if I were to transfer the items into the compartments (credit cards, coin purse, a place for papers, money or whatever) located on the opposite side of where I would be putting the Kindle. One, it would be somewhat bulky, with chances of lost items from the compartments since it would not be securely closed, even if the closure tab could be engaged. Second, and more importantly, these compartments close directly on the Kindle screen which could lead to scratchs or damages. Since the Kindle screen,as I understand it, can not be repaired replaced, this would be a serious matter.
