It does a great job of protecting my KDX while I'm reading, on the go, or while it is just lying around. It also fits nicely into my larger purses and bags. <br/>I love this cover and recommend it to anyone with a KDX. It does nothing to hamper your viewing of the text, and protects your KDX from the sand and wayward water droplets. It is still easy to use the controls when it is in the bag too.
