I had already purchased an Octo slip cover and neoprene water/dirt case/cover when I saw a guy in a coffee shop that had his Kindle 2 standing at a 20 degree angle, like a book on a stand.

I bought a cheap wire book stand and the kindle slides on it too much. So... I gave in and bought this.

Pros:
-Awesome for sitting at a table and reading. Great reading angle
-Stitching looks to be pretty high quality
-Nice materials
-Should protect the kindle fine in a backpack or business case
-Sturdy enough if you're just going to throw something in the passenger seat and ride down to the local reading spot.

Cons:
-Weighs more than the Kindle
-Larger than the kindle. Enough room at the top for a pen and on the side for a sharpie. They did this to make it compatible with their (M-Edge) book light which is not currently available (between Gen 1 and 2) - June 22, 2009.

These two cons really make the whole Kindle experience a little clunkier than it should be. Maybe if I could get their light and try that whole experience... but I hardly ever find myself using the little book light I already have.
