I like taking my Kindle to the beach and this product works great for keeping sand/water out. It has several “safety” closures to make sure nothing is going to get in. It does make it difficult to turn it on, but that’s no big deal when you compare it with the comfort of knowing your Kindle is protected. I don’t have any glare or problem with the Kindle having space within the case – it doesn’t make it more difficult to read. The long carry cord makes it nice when you’re trying to carry your beach chair, cooler, etc. I’m very happy with this product.

I love this addition to my DX. I used the Kindle around water all the time. This case was a very good, inexpensive insurance policy for my Kindle. It could be just a bit easier getting to the on/off switch. But it is well worth the effort to protect my investment – especially for the low cost of the cover.
